PAYMENT:

SHIPPING: 

All orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 2 business days from Berlin, Germany, to wherever you live: we ship worldwide! No extra shipping costs apply. 

Delivery times depend on where you in the world you want your order to be shipped to, and they can differ greatly. An order will take at least 5 days to get to you. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us: [email protected] 

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS: 

We are a small company, and returns are difficult and costly for us. We would like to ask you that you are really sure that you want a specific dress before you purchase it. If you are unsure about the fit or any other emails feel free to send us an email and inquire. We want you to be as happy as possible with your dress and try our best to make that happen. We kindly ask you to do the same. 

If you find yourself really unhappy with your dress because of an unexpected problem you can return it within 14 days of delivery. You will get a full refund minus shipping costs, PayPal fees and handling fee of 10€. Please be aware that you are responsible for the shipping of items you wish to return to Mima-te. Lost items will not be compensated for. Please email us before you ship the dress back to Mima-te: [email protected] 

COLOURS: 

Due to differences in computerscreens we do not guarantee that the colours of the dress are the same as in our webshop.
